investigative experience, enabling them to build family trees from
documents written in many foreign languages. For those cases that
require overseas investigations, our professionals travel to meet
with heirs or conduct probate research. Similarly, we have
developed a network of colleagues around the globe to whom we can
reliably turn to track down missing relatives and others.
For cases that require the navigation of the legal system to
find missing heirs, we have several attorneys and legal assistants
on staff specifically trained to find missing legatees.
Our research tools include both public and proprietary
databases as well as software programs developed in-house to

We offer two ways to work with us.
Payment Option A – Contract with Missing Relatives and Other
Heirs
We contract directly with the missing relatives and other heirs
that we find. If we do not succeed at finding the missing heirs,
we do not receive a fee. No money is taken from the estate or the
other heirs for any work done.
Payment Option B – Contract with the Estate or Trust
The estate or trust retains us to perform due diligence on a
pay-per-hour basis. In this case we provide detailed reports for
presentation in a court of law.
